In the field of energy consumption control, our electrolytic antimony equipment has shown excellent performance. In order to achieve the energy-saving goal, we have taken a series of effective measures.
First, we focus on the optimization of the power supply system. We have introduced advanced intelligent power supply control technology, which is like an accurate "energy housekeeper" that can automatically and accurately adjust the output current and voltage according to the actual needs of the electrolysis process. In this way, energy waste caused by mismatch between current and voltage is avoided, so that every kilowatt-hour of electricity can be used to the maximum effect.
Secondly, we have also spared no effort in improving the thermal insulation performance of the electrolytic antimony electrolytic cell. We have adopted efficient thermal insulation materials, which are like putting a layer of "warm clothes" on the electrolytic cell, greatly reducing the heat loss during the electrolysis process. The heat is better retained in the electrolytic cell, thereby reducing the energy consumption required for heating.
In addition, we have also optimized the circulation system of the electrolyte. By improving the design and adjusting the operating parameters, the energy consumption of the circulation pump is reduced, allowing the circulation system to operate efficiently in a more energy-saving state.
Combining the above measures, our electrolytic antimony equipment has achieved remarkable results in terms of unit product energy consumption, which is 15% - 20% lower than that of traditional equipment. This not only helps enterprises effectively reduce production costs and improve economic benefits, but also actively responds to the national policy requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction, and contributes to sustainable development.
