The specific process is as follows: the niobium-containing raw material is first dissolved in sulfuric acid to remove the base metal components, and then the solid-liquid separation is carried out using a filter press. The filter residue containing tantalum and niobium is heated and leached with hydrofluoric acid, and the leached liquid then enters our extraction equipment for deep extraction. In the organic phase after extraction, there may still be residual ppm-level base metals, which need to be further removed by stripping. After the stripping liquid is washed by filter pressing, the filtrate and washing liquid can be recycled and returned to the niobium stripping agent process; and the filter residue is dried, calcined and other steps to finally produce niobium oxide. Niobium carbide powder can be obtained by mixing niobium oxide with carbon black, carbonizing at high temperature and grinding. Niobium carbide powder and niobium oxide powder are mixed in a certain proportion, pressed into niobium bars, and then placed in a vacuum reduction furnace for reduction treatment. After cooling, metal niobium bars or plates can be obtained by pressurizing or rolling.
