As a manufacturer of antimony electrolytic refining equipment, the selection of electrolytic equipment is crucial in the preparation process of antimony ore to antimony trioxide powder.
First, the electrolytic cell is a core piece of equipment. We customize its size and capacity based on the scale of production. For small production lines, rectangular fiberglass electrolytic cells are suitable. These cells are corrosion-resistant and cost-effective, meeting the needs of small-scale production scenarios that require high equipment flexibility. For large-scale industrial production, we recommend using electrolytic cells with reinforced concrete structures lined with corrosion-resistant materials. These structures are stable and durable, capable of withstanding high pressure and long-term operation, ensuring the stability of large-scale production.
The choice of anode plate and frame should not be neglected. We usually use titanium-based coated anode plate and frame. This material has good conductivity and strong corrosion resistance. It can effectively reduce energy consumption during the electrolysis process and extend the service life of the equipment. At the same time, it ensures uniform current distribution and improves electrolysis efficiency.
For the electrolyte circulation system, we equip it with efficient pumps and piping. The pumps must be corrosion-resistant and have a stable flow rate to ensure smooth electrolyte circulation within the system and maintain uniform electrolyte composition and temperature. Piping is constructed from acid- and alkali-resistant plastic to prevent corrosion from the electrolyte, which could impact production safety and product quality.
Furthermore, to precisely control parameters such as current and voltage during the electrolysis process, we will also be equipped with an advanced automated control system. This system can monitor and adjust electrolysis parameters in real time, ensuring that the electrolysis process is always in optimal condition, thereby producing high-purity antimony and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent preparation of high-quality antimony trioxide powder.
