Our designed furnace structure ensures uniform heating and sufficient oxidation of the antimony liquid, and efficiently produces antimony trioxide, which continuously and stably volatilizes in gaseous form, laying the foundation for subsequent high-yield collection.

Sealed transportation: The high-temperature antimony-containing flue gas discharged from the oxidation furnace is transported through specially designed sealed pipes and cooling systems, effectively preventing premature condensation or leakage of antimony trioxide, ensuring directional and low-loss material transport to the collection unit.
Dedicated collection: Equipped with a high-performance dedicated bag filter. This system can achieve efficient gas-solid separation based on the characteristics of antimony trioxide powder (such as particle size and viscosity), resulting in high product purity and uniform particle size, which can be directly used as a high-quality commodity.
Environmental closed loop: The collected tail gas enters a deep desulfurization tower for treatment, ensuring ultra-low emissions of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, achieving environmental compliance and clean production.
