The tilting rectangular aluminum melting furnace is an advanced smelting apparatus developed by integrating a tilting mechanism into a traditional stationary rectangular furnace. Upon the completion of the melting process, a hydraulic system drives the furnace body to tilt smoothly, allowing the molten aluminum to flow directly into a holding furnace or casting equipment; this fundamentally transforms the inefficient, manual-ladling operation mode characteristic of traditional stationary furnaces.

Structurally, the furnace body features a high-strength steel frame; it is hinged to a rotating support at the rear, while tilting hydraulic cylinders are positioned on both the left and right sides of the front section. The lower front portion of the furnace body is equipped with a lifting-arm mechanism. The furnace door utilizes a high-temperature-resistant, vertical-lift design, ensuring both ease of operation and a tight seal. The furnace lining is constructed using a monolithic castable refractory—specifically a non-wetting aluminum-resistant material—which offers excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability, thereby significantly extending the service life of the furnace body. A comprehensive range of furnace capacities is available; standard rectangular tilting melting and holding furnaces cover various specifications ranging from 8 to 30 tons, and custom designs can be developed to meet the specific requirements and production scales of individual enterprises.
In terms of functional configuration, the tilting rectangular aluminum melting furnace offers flexible options for various heating methods, accommodating a wide range of fuels such as natural gas, diesel, and LPG. This allows enterprises to select the optimal solution based on their specific energy resources and cost considerations.
