In today's landscape—characterized by increasingly complex mineral resources and ever-rising environmental standards—hydrometallurgy has emerged as the ideal process for treating complex concentrates and recovering precious metals, thanks to its unique advantages in selective dissolution and eco-friendly recovery. Whether dealing with polymetallic ores containing arsenic or carbon, or recovering gold, silver, and platinum-group metals from electronic waste, hydrometallurgical techniques enable the highly efficient extraction of valuable metals.

For the production of antimony, our company employs advanced electrolytic technology. The process begins with leaching and purification steps to yield a pure, antimony-rich solution, which is then fed into an electrolytic cell for direct-current electrodeposition. At the cathode, antimony ions are reduced to produce refined antimony with a purity of ≥99.8%. This product is dense, easily stripped from the cathode, and widely utilized in the manufacture of flame retardants, semiconductors, and high-end alloys.
To ensure consistent quality across every production batch, all our electrolytic cells are equipped with intelligent PLC control systems. These systems monitor in real-time and automatically adjust two critical parameters:
Electrolyte Temperature: Maintained stably within the optimal reaction range to prevent the formation of coarse crystals or a decline in efficiency;
Current Density: Precisely maintained at the set value to prevent spongy deposits or short circuits, thereby ensuring a uniform and dense cathodic deposit.
Furthermore, the PLC system records operational data throughout the entire process, facilitating remote monitoring and anomaly alerts—features that significantly enhance production consistency and traceability.
Choosing our hydrometallurgical electrolysis process means you benefit from:
✅ Efficient processing capabilities for complex raw materials
✅ High-purity antimony products (exceeding 99.8%)
