The rotary anode furnace utilizes blister copper (with a copper content of approximately 98.5%) as feedstock. Through a refining process that removes various impurities, it consistently produces anode copper with a copper content of 99.3%–99.5%, meeting the strict chemical composition requirements for subsequent electrolytic refining.
1. The equipment features a mature, reliable structure, a high level of automation, precise control, and substantial processing capacity.
2. The design of the oxidation and reduction angles and lance positioning optimizes reaction kinetics within the furnace; lances can be replaced quickly, facilitating on-site operation and maintenance.

3. It supports oxygen-enriched combustion technology, resulting in significantly improved thermal efficiency, reduced fuel consumption, and higher smelting rates, while effectively lowering exhaust emissions.
4. The rotary anode furnace offers a flexible structural design; options include a "free-end" configuration with a Z-shaped flue and water-cooled feed inlet, or a "free-end" configuration with top-mounted flue gas exhaust and a feed chute, allowing adaptation to various operational requirements.
5. The motor and braking control systems ensure safe, stable, and highly reliable operation.
