During electrolytic copper production, equipment operates in environments characterized by strong acids, high temperatures, and high current densities; consequently, operational reliability directly determines cathode copper quality and production efficiency. Maintenance of key equipment in the electrolysis system must focus on five critical areas: electrical conduction, cell structures, filtration, electrode plates, and sealing.

① Regularly flush conductive busbars to prevent copper sulfate crystallization from impairing electrical conductivity;
② Inspect electrolytic cells for leaks or deformation;
③ Periodically clean filters;
④ Monitor electrode plate wear and replace them promptly;
⑤ Strengthen routine inspections and immediately address any leaks or spills.
