Our precious metal refining and purification equipment offers comprehensive, customized solutions covering the entire process—from raw materials to high-purity metals. This sophisticated system requires a modular design tailored to the specific characteristics of the raw materials, target purity levels, and production capacity requirements. The complete facility encompasses seven major modules: pretreatment, pyrometallurgical smelting, hydrometallurgical leaching, solvent extraction, electrolysis, post-processing smelting, and environmental treatment, thereby ensuring the seamless operation of the entire production chain.

Pretreatment serves as the initial stage of the purification process; utilizing crushers, grinders, and similar machinery, it processes bulk raw materials into fine particles or powders to maximize the reactive surface area. This stage is complemented by drying equipment designed to remove moisture and oil residues, thereby ensuring reaction stability.
The pyrometallurgical smelting equipment is responsible for the enrichment and preliminary refining of precious metals. Intermediate-frequency induction furnaces, paired with graphite crucibles, are employed for melting crude gold and silver, slagging off impurities, and casting anode plates. Oxidation blowing furnaces and chlorination volatilization furnaces are utilized to remove base metals, achieving a preliminary level of purification; auxiliary equipment, such as casting molds, ensures the precise and accurate preparation of the anode plates.
Hydrometallurgical leaching, solvent extraction, and electrolysis equipment constitute the core of the refining and purification process. A synergistic system comprising leaching reactors, extraction tank arrays, and electrolytic cells works in concert to efficiently separate precious metals, elevating their purity levels to over 99.99%. Subsequently, post-processing smelting equipment is used to remelt the electrolytic products into standard ingots.
Furthermore, environmentally friendly waste gas absorption towers and wastewater treatment systems are integrated throughout the entire process to ensure clean production. The complete equipment package offers a one-stop, customized service tailored to client requirements—ranging from process design and engineering to installation and commissioning.
