This equipment is specifically designed for the reduction smelting of antimony oxide concentrate and serves as core equipment in the pyrometallurgical production of antimony; it is responsible for reducing antimony trioxide into crude antimony. The rotary furnace body rotates continuously to ensure uniform heating of the material, while a strongly reducing atmosphere is maintained within the furnace to achieve complete reduction using a reducing agent.

Natural Gas Heating System: The system utilizes clean natural gas as fuel, offering high combustion efficiency and minimal heat loss. Precise furnace temperature control ensures the reduction reaction proceeds to completion while facilitating effective separation of molten antimony from the slag. The furnace body is constructed from high-temperature, oxidation-resistant materials, with a lining of high-alumina or magnesia-chrome refractories to effectively withstand corrosion from high-temperature molten slag.
PLC Intelligent Temperature Control System: Equipped with an advanced PLC automation platform, the system features high-precision thermocouples positioned at the feed, middle, and discharge sections to collect real-time temperature data from each zone. It automatically analyzes and adjusts fuel supply and combustion air flow to maintain stable furnace temperatures and includes a historical data logging function. The drive mechanism employs variable-frequency speed control, allowing for flexible rotation speed adjustments to suit varying operating conditions.
Fully Sealed, Environmentally Friendly Design: High-performance sealing devices at both the feed and discharge ends, combined with micro-negative pressure operation, effectively prevent the escape of dust-laden flue gas. High-temperature smelting flue gas is first cooled in an annular flue, then passed through a high-efficiency baghouse dust collector to capture and recover antimony dust. Finally, it undergoes deep purification in a desulfurization tower; this three-stage treatment ensures exhaust emissions fully comply with the strictest environmental standards.
