Electrolytic copper production is not accomplished by isolated electrolytic cells alone. From anode shaping and cell banks to cathode stripping, busbars and short-circuit switches, and further to electrolyte circulation and purification systems and anode slime treatment, multiple stages are closely interlinked, forming a complete continuous operation line.

Only when all stages run continuously and stably can the electrolysis process maintain consistent parameters and stable current efficiency, thereby ensuring cathode copper grade and output. Any single-point interruption may affect the efficiency of the entire line and product quality.
The electrolytic cell is only the core reaction unit. Without supporting systems such as anode preparation, electrolyte purification, the conductive system, and anode slime recovery, production cannot be sustained. Therefore, an electrolytic copper production line is essentially a highly coordinated continuous operation line, not isolated equipment.
